"The african landscape in all its grandeur and beauty hides something. Life and death have never been so close. Behind each leaf are memories of those who once inhabited those lands but for whom there is no register. Too see them we have to look for them in our intimacy.

Eugénia Mussa nasceu em Maputo em 1978, vive e trabalha em Lisboa. Fez a sua formação no Ar.co - Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual, Lisboa e na Foundation Course in Fine Arts-City and Islington College em Londres.
Tem realizado exposições individuais e colectivas em Portugal e em Moçambique e as suas peças fazem parte de colecções institucionais e particulares.

Eugénia Mussa born in Maputo in 1978, lives and works in Lisbon. She did her trainning in Ar.co - Center for Art and Visual Communication, Lisbon, and Foundation Course in  Fine Arts-City and Islington College in London.
She has done solo and group exhibitions in Portugal and Mozambique and her art works are part of private and institucional collections.
